Rates quoted below are for each period of half an hour. We will charge for one hour upon arrival and thereafter we will charge half hourly as follows:

Note:
1 Standard charges apply to attendance between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday
2 Out of hours charges apply to attendance between 6pm and 9pm Monday to Friday
3 Night call out charges apply to attendance between 9pm and 8am Monday to Friday
Please note there is a supplementary charge of £75 plus the hourly rates stated above for attendance on Bank Holidays
All the above rates are subject to VAT. We accept all major credit cards, cash and cheque.
Please note that we do not charge a separate “call out charge”. The above rates apply when we start each job.
